Tom serves as Vice President in charge of Quality Assurance for Red Plains Surveying. He is an accomplished leader in Human Dynamics, and Product Management who provides expert liaison capabilities in both legal and research arenas.
Red Plains follows the credo that excellent Quality Assurance and Quality Control management brings our productivity into the new millennium by producing high performance within our staff, high assurance of Quality Deliverables to our clients and high expectation and production of predictable delivery dates. It is this belief that Tom instills in each manager and the corporate staff of our firm.
Tom came to RPS after an extensive executive career in Quality Assurance Management and Personnel Management. He was employed seventeen years with the Xerox Corporation, creating and maintaining innovative programs and processes to increase productivity in the human resources of their company.
Ms. Powers provides consulting for Red Plains in the area of IDIQ Contracting, as well as Federal, State, Tribal, and Private Sector Surveys. She provides assistance to the Corporate and National needs of our firm with her extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
Ms. Powers oversees all Business Development and Marketing on the National and Federal Level. With her leadership in these matters Red Plains has grown; by capturing large private sector contracts in construction, federal contracts involving national parks, the Department of the Interior, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Department of Agriculture & forestry, including work on military bases.
Ms. Powers specializes in managing contracting with large private section corporations to fulfill the requirements of various government contracts on military bases within the southwest Region. Her experience also serves us well in her role as liaison in corporate teaming for contract purposes.
Brad is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the states of Kentucky, North Carolina, Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas, South Dakota, and Washington.
He prides himself in being our in house Staff Surveyor here at Red Plains. His knowledge in Multi-state Surveying, Research and Laws and Regulations behind surveying bring considerable leverage to our ability to operate precisely and rapidly.
He conducts the in-house monthly educational conferences, for the benefit of all our staff. These seminettes ensure our staff stays consistent and up-to-date on our style, and to insure our knowledge remains consistent on all legal, and technical developments throughout the firm.
He began his career in the Pacific Northwest working with some of the most reputable and well respected firms in the region. His first years were spent working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including timber and forestry, building development, and construction engineering support; with a wide array of development projects mixed in.
Brad came to the Oklahoma City area and joined Red Plains in 2006. He started consulting on our projects throughout the Western and Southern US, and has since taken on responsibility in Client Management and Business Development; while continuing in Project Management.
Donald is the Field Operations Manager for our firm with a comprehensive Surveying background of over 20 years. He is the first step in providing ‘On Time, Error Free, Excellence’ for every Survey performed by our firm.
Don manages the crews in his care to produce an aligned and efficient staffing of the Red Plains Survey Department. His main focus is on insuring that the methods utilized in the field are sound and accurate for all forms of Surveying. He specializes in surveying with GPS and Robotic Assisted Systems, and insures all our Field Crews are knowledgeable and kept up to date on the proper procedures for utilizing these devices.
He began his career in California before returning home to Oklahoma and joining our staff. The majority of Mr. Osborn’s career has been in Civil and Commercial Development, Energy Production and Transportation as well as Agricultural Industries. He’s held positions starting as an Instrument Man, and moving up through Party Chief, Client Liaison, and Survey Department Manager.
Patrick is Red Plains' Production Manager. As a former Marine he served as a Combat Photographer before moving into Combat Engineering. Throughout his service he moved through the Ranks of Platoon Leader, USMC, and Sgt Coarse, USMC. He maintains military level, process oriented management to provide our firm with high quality deliverables.
During his 6 Years of Military Service he continued his education and obtained his Bachelors of Science in Management and Masters in Information Systems. Following his service with the Corps, Patrick began his career in Management, becoming Production Manager for Sears, in Boston Mass; among others. In time he decided to move back to his home turf in the Southwest. By combining his skills in Business Management, Public Relations and Personnel Management he has become a welcome and valuable asset to our staff.
Shon has served as Senior Project Manager for Red Plains Surveying for almost a decade, graduating from the Platt College of Drafting and Design in 1993. His time and experience in the industry speaks for itself; and it is demonstrated as he commands challenging projects presented to our firm.
Shon is responsible for training and managing our production technicians. His expertise and extensive knowledge of the surveying field has brought the highest levels of competence to each and every project he, and our staff of technicians, oversee.
Some of his many projects of note include the International Paper and Georgia Pacific Facilities, an extensive survey involving complicated terrain, complexes in five states, and photogrammetry, as well as traditional surveying methods; The Stratosphere Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, whose urban location provided challenges, combined with intensive time constraints and an over abundance of easements within the title to review; and the FLP Baron, California Project, an Energy Plant located in the Deserts of California.
